Yes. The architecture keeps PHI within your Google Cloud Platform environment. Every third-party service in the stack (CRM, SMS, email) operates under its own BAA with DSIT as the Business Associate. The CIM AI agent operates on de-identified data — patient PHI never leaves your boundary. Full compliance documentation is provided at onboarding.

Foundation is self-serve. The core follow-ups and your follow-up system are set up for you — then you and your team run them day-to-day. Intelligence is done with you — we run it alongside you, plus a referral program, custom automations, and a website AI assistant trained on your clinic.

Yes — the Foundation setup fee is waivable with a 6 or 12 month commitment. Intelligence setup fees can be discounted for commitments. Growth setup fees are negotiated on the strategy call. This is always discussed before you sign anything.

We ask for an initial 6-month commitment — enough time to fully set up your clinic, let the automations run, and measure a real return on investment. If it isn't working for you, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The goal is a partnership that fits your clinic's goals — not locking you into something that doesn't.
